This is the start the zone’s famous trekking route, dug into the rock in the early 20th century, and leading to Manarola where we have the famous Via dell’Amore or “Way of Love”. Another route not to be missed is the Sentiero Azzurro (Blue Trail), traversing the National Park of le Cinque Terre.

We will practice Kundalini Yoga twice a day early in the morning and in the afternoon before dinner, and of course we will have time for escapes and walks in the gorgeous surroundings.
The cost is 250 euros for the retreat fees, and we can arrange your accomodation in a shared for 350 euros (five nights).
Any other activity (trekking and others), will be paid on the spot.
Everyone will arrange his/her own flight reservations. The nearest international airport is in Pisa , Galileo Galilei Airport (Ryan Air flights from Frankfurt Hahn available), 69.2 km from the property. Otherwise, there is the possibility to fly with from Luxembourg to Milan (extremely good offers Luxair in these days, from Luxembourg to Milan Linate) and then by train to Riomaggiore.
